Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:The problem have nothing to do with any plumbing issue, there was no brooking pipes or any thing , water was going under the house from under neath the foundation, blackwood homes try to fix the problem for temporary
fix, not based on long term fix , blackoodwood homes refused to give us a year warranty since their very confident the problem was fixedtherfore im asking for a full refund for our $to solve this issuealso according to the soil report that I have from the city of oregon city stating the house was build on CLAYEY SOIL which the soil caused the water to drain under the foundation, Black wood didn't and failed to disclose any part of this reportPLEASE SEE ATTACHED INSPECTION REPORT.Sincerely,*** ***

We have have received the Revdex.com letter dated 11-3-16.
Blackwood Homes, INC had an agreement with Mr. [redacted] for him to purchase the mentioned property. Mr. [redacted]'s statement included some details from the...
contract, but many more details were not mentioned in his complaint.
1. Water was discovered in one small section of the crawl space the week before closing (closing date 11-1-16) The water was immediatly removed. Blackwood Homes, INC determined the water in the crawl space was caused by a plumbing error, and resolved the issue before closing.
2. Mr. [redacted] failed to perform according to the signed agreement. He did not close on the property.
3. Blackwood Homes, INC was damaged by Mr. [redacted]'s failure to perform. Damages included money lost from construction loan interest paid over 52 days, and improvements to the property requested by Mr. [redacted] that were specifically stated in the sales agreement. The damages were in excess of $5,000.
4. Mr. [redacted] signed an addendum to the sales agreement stating that the $5,000 e[redacted]t money would be released and made non-refundable on October 3, 2016.
5. As a conciliatory measure, Blackwood Homes, INC offered to warranty any water issues in the crawl space for an additional five years. Mr. [redacted] refused this offer.
6. Blackwood Homes, INC has followed the contract to the last detail. Mr. [redacted] has asked that we pay him $5,000 to terminate the agreement. Blackwood Homes, INC has declined.
