I am rejecting this response because:We paid in full for a new roofBlaco Roofing & Home Repairs did not deliver the entire roof and we even gave them a 2nd chance to finish the job correctly but they did not so we were forced to pay another company to finish itWe have it in writing from the other companyThey took pictures showing that Blaco did not finish the work and did not install the flashing correctly

First off there is blatant untruths in this statement. It did not rain at anytime during this project resulting in any damages. They had some granules that stuck to siding in various areas as well as tar. This is for a roof tear off but when asked to clean I responded
in a matter of days and after a walk through the customer was happy and paid for the completed job in full. Later they contacted our company about an area the was "bubbling" as well as a piece of flashing that was not installed (Charged $for install of flashing) Again in a matter of days I responded added the flashing that my crew had missed and made a professional judgement that the bubbling was due to the gutter spike position. I also talked to the product manufacturer and they assured me that the roof was being fully warrantied and provided me with information that the roof warranty had been mailed and was under complete warranty. These issues are based on opinions and there is absolutely no evidence of these issues. In some cases you can't do things right no matter what especially if they want something for nothing

As outlined in the complaint: We paid Blaco thousands to install our roof. They failed to do it correctly the first time, and they failed to complete the installation correctly after we notified them, so we paid another company to perform the outstanding work.

The issue to this complaint is with the flashing which has nothing to do with the integrity of the roof and was in addition to the roof (contractually)  They were charged $100.00 for ALL the flashing (which wouldn't have even covered the price of the material or labor to install).  A piece was missing and once it was brought to our attention we did respond promptly within 5 days to install it. Tell us why here...
