On 9/2/15, *** towed his truck to the shopEngine run rough and no idleAfter the diagnostic we found out that the ignition coil and spark
plug was not good in the third cylinderAfter we replaced the spark plug and the ignition coilWe did not realized that the turn signal handle was broken until we had taken the truck for a road testThe truck ran well so I called him to pick it upOne day later he called us back because his truck needed a smog check, I told him that the truck need to be driven for at least three days because the computer needed the drive readiness completion otherwise it would fail the smog checkHe said that he did not have the time to drive it for three days, so he had asked me to drive it for himOn 9/28/he truck had pass *** I asked him to pick it upFour days later, he had came to pick up his truckAfter he had driven his truck around the block for about minsHe had came back to accuse me of breaking the turn signal handleIt was not broken before he had driven it but he had asked me to repair the handle for freeI told him that the turn signal was broken before we had repaired the truck (we replaced the coil and the plug, nothing inside the car)He told me that if I don't repair the handle for him, he wouldn't return for future repairs then he drove away

The turn signal was NOT brokenIt is a and is in very good conditionWhen I pulled out of the lot the signal was litterally hanging off the columnIf it was like that when I brought it in, they should have called me before they drove it becasue without a turn signal the vehicle would have been unsafeAnd for that matter, if it was broken, why didn't they offer to fixThey broke it and I expect them to pay for itIf this cannot be resolved through the Revdex.com, I have been told by the Towing company, that towed the car, that I can contact the Bureau of Automotive repair

The turn signal was brokenI'm sure of that when I test drove the truck after the repair for the ignition coil and spark plugThe reason I didn't ask you to repair it was because I thought that you had already known that it was brokenAlso, the ignition coil and spark plug is not related to the turn signalWe did not need to use the turn signal to fix the ignition coil or spark plugYou had mention that your car was too old for you and that you were going to sale it after the repairsI don't care whether if your employee, the tow truck driver or you broke itWhat i'm sure of is that I did not break it
