I bought a couple items from this business. Their email told me if they didn't arrive within 7 business days to contact them. I contacted them 2 times before they replied. At that time they informed me the product was on back order. It seems appropriate that they should have told me when I ordered the product, not after it was supposed to be delivered.
Then one of the products I ordered had an issue, and it took them almost 3 days to reply. Since I was upset and sent them an email telling them I was unhappy, they starting sending me harassing emails with insults, including lying about their shipping policy, telling me it could take up to 30 days and that I don't know how to read.

Bottom line: horrible customer service, poorly run business, and you can get the same or better products elsewhere for the same or less price, and avoid the arrogant and crappy customer service they provide.
