JUNK! Was taken in also at my local K-Mart for $80.00! K-mart just closed last week! lol
Not sending this st back per piece! Oh, how we live and learn!

I’m a disgusted consumer. After purchasing an 89.99 dollar jewelry deal from blade marketing with a lifetime guarantee I sent in two items one that has been broken since purchase date back in November 2018. Needless to say I’ve never heard from nor received these items back. Currently I just want my money back it’s been almost 3 months now since sending in the items, without a word back.
Distraught consumer-

I purchased 69.99 worth of jewelry from a representative name Mike at the Fort Bragg, NC PX during a blue light special 2-3 weeks before Christmas 2017. Two days later I informed Mike by phone that I was not satisfied with the purchase. He gave me an address and instructed me to make a copy of the receipt and return the jewelry along with receipt copy and he would have the 69.99 returned back to my account. I mailed back the merchandise the same day of our conversation. I have attempted to contact Mike several times... Once he answered and told me I was calling his personal line and he was working and could not address my concern of no refund. My calls to Mike after this have been unanswered. My several attempted calls to 877-795-1901 Blade Marketing have all been forwarded to voice mail with detailed messages left each time with my name; Sonia Wharton, my phone number 910-476-8389, the amount of my purchase, the salespersons name, Mike and my many attempts to have the money returned to my account. They have the merchandise and my 69.99 to date. I am requesting AGAIN the money to be returned to my account as promised. I have the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. I am NOT going to be silent in this matter and until I am deal the respect as a consumer that I deserve. My email address is [email protected] . I'm hoping I will not have to take this matter further. Sincerely

I purchase jewelry from blade marketing at k mart from a sale person with a demonstration of fine jewelry but as it goes it was a way of taking my money of $80 for junk after feeling good about buying it for my wife she informed me about how I got screwed the bracelet would not even fit it was supposed to expand.after I look up the reviews on line I read how along with others were taken and if I wanted to send it back for repairs it would cost me money.there isn’t any where you can call to get a refund on the items what a scam.the salesman phone number wasn’t on the receipt

Review: Yes I have the same complaint as several others do. My husband purchased Jewelry from this Blade Marketing on 12/**/15 during a blue light special at [redacted] They told him it was 14 gold and real crystals. All the jewelry is the cheapest junk I have ever seen. I tried calling Blade Marketing and it goes to a voicemail that is full. I am furious that not only did they rip my husband off but a lot of people. I want my 80.00 back without spending another dime with this fraud company. I am shocked that [redacted] allowed such a scam in their store. I will be filing against [redacted] next. I want a full refund promtly.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, and I am not paying a dime to mail it to them. They can send my a prepaid mailer, or make arrangement with the [redacted] store in mesa az, where it was purchased.

Review: Blade marketing had a sales person in [redacted] in [redacted] on Oct. [redacted] 2014 with a Blue Light special offering jewelry that was pitched to be 14 kt. gold over silver , which I purchased for 80 dollars . I knew the jewelry was not pure gold, but this stuff is actually 14 kt. gold overlay over metal base and turned after one wearing of one of the necklaces. The company is misrepresenting their product had I not been told it was 14 Kt. gold over silver I never would have bought it . I don't know how many other customers have fell for this false and misleading sales scam, but I would hope they are forced to stop misrepresenting their jewelry as gold over silver, they offer a lifetime replacement I have not contacted the company as of yet since I only wore one piece of the jewelry , I might as well wait till they all turn after being worn so I can send them all back for replacement at the same time as I have to pay another 7.00 dollars to ship it back . I have already been took for 80.00 and am skeptical to even mail it . They conveniently left out " [redacted] "on their address on my receipt , and I had a hard time even finding their company on your website to file this complaint!Desired Settlement: I would like the price adjusted for what I actually bought not 14 kt. gold over silver, I should have paid for 14 kt. gold overlay on metal!

Review: I bought several pieces of jewelry from this company after watching from one of their sales reps on an air force base in the Los Angeles area. The bracelet broke the first time I wore it and one of the earrings wouldn't close properly. I called the number (###-###-####) repeatedly for months before anyone finally called me back. I spoke with a man who told me to send the items in and he would get them repaired and back to me. I told him I would do that and he said I did not have to pay the $6.95 shipping fee. That was in early September. I have once again called and called and called because I have been sent nothing. Nobody ever answers the phone. This jewelry was purchased with a "Lifetime Unconditional Product Replacement" guarantee. The problem is nobody answers the phone or returns calls left on their machine. There is no customer service whatsoever because this company simply ignores the customers. How can you run a business like this?Desired Settlement: Send me my money back or return the replacement pieces. In addition to speaking with the man, I sent s detailed note with the jewelry and was very clear about what the problems were and where they were to return the items.

Review: On October **, 2013 I sent a men's Figaro chain to the warranty division. The address was [redacted]. Enclosed was a copy of my proof of purchase, my warranty guarantee, and a check #[redacted] in the amount of $6.95 for shipping and handling. I was to allow 6 weeks for delivery. I have yet to recieve my necklace back. I have tried to reach customer service, and have been forwarded to a voicemail on several occasions. I have left 3 messages and called several other times to no avail or response. I have called two different numbers. ###-###-####, and the one on my reciept, ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I just want my necklace replated or replaced per the guarantee and sent back to me.

Review: Purchased a pair of earrings from a Blade Marketing sales person at the [redacted] The earrings are defective. The clasp on one of the two will not close because the metal hole is not punched through for it to clip in. I have called the company multiple times and it goes right to voicemail. I have left a message with no returned call.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for this purchase or a replacement pair of earrings that are not damaged. Also, the company needs to have better ways to contact them as their phone goes right to voicemail.

Review: This company had a salesman at the K-Mart located in [redacted] on June **,2015 representing jewelry. The salesman was handing out tickets for a drawing. I attended the drawing as well as like 8 other people. However he had us all listen to his Jewelry advertising first and then do a small hand raising vote before a survey he was doing on the jewelry and shopping network stations he was working with... He mentioned that just about all pieces were retailing on the shopping channels that he say's he works with for $90 to $150 each. He showed us about 6 or 7 pieces of jewelry. He he could make us all a one in a lifetime opportunity by purchasing it all which he said retailed for like $550 for $79. He said he could not sell this package to everyone. Only 4 lucky people. If interested on the count of 3 everyone who was interested was to raise their hands if interested in buying... Ok- on count of 3 only 2 raised their hands... He only sold 2 sets. Then he had the raffle drawing... After the raffle drawing he then said if anyone else was interested they coukld purchase individual items for $20 each but you only have 3 minutes to decide... Well, I fell for it and bought a 23" Mens roped chain necklace that he said was real and retailed for $120.... Now I get home and I was told by by husband that I was "TOOK"... This necklace is fake as a $8bill. It has 14Kgp on necklace... It retails online for under $10. I am upset cause this company is misrepresenting just to make a dollar. They are lying to individuals to make a sale... Telling customers the items are retailed over $100 and item is worth less than $10..... Kmart shgould be ashamed of themselves as well for allowing this to go on in their stores and to allow their customers to be taken advantage of... I really trusted this person because I figured if Kmart allowed them to advertise in their store then they are trustworthy!!! "NOT!!!!".Desired Settlement: I would really like my $20 refunded back to me for this fake jewelry... Also for this company to STOP lying and taking advantage of people...
