We have called this customer to work out a solution to the problem, and to date have not heard backWe will send her what she wants after we identify the items that she did not recceive

Thanks for the documentation of where and when the product has been mailed Unfortunately, we do not keep full credit card information on our customers so we will have to issue a check to customer at this point to close this unfortunate case If customer is agreeable to a check one can be mailed this week to the address listed on complaint

ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I have all the information that Blade Marketing is making untruthful statements to your Revdex.com.  I will be forwarding a copy where the money was withdrawn and the jewelry was returned (with insurance).  Although the company tried to get me to file a complaint against the post office, [redacted] archive all insured packages and have provided me with a copy where it was delivered and received to the address provided for returns.  Also, I have a copy of the draft from my bank that I can provide to prove, also, that they took $85 from my account, paid to Blade Marketing.....  I would rather deal with you than them for resolution in this matter, as I find them this "F" rated company to be unreliable and untruthful.  Thank you.  Let me know where I can provide my case against them and get this issue resolved.  Thank you for your help.
