They claimed it was Swarovski crystals
Talking about the main stores they have and why they are selling this so cheap just to get the word out about their jewelry. Asking if I can pay in cash since they had we l have to pay the store to be in there . How can a company do this

On Saturday, January 19th, I attended a presentation of Jewelery at the Navy Exchange. I ended up purchasing jewelery that the associate (who works for BMNY not Swarovski) claimed was authentic Swarovski. I did some research and found that the products offered included pieces of Swarovski crystals, NOT the authentic, full crystals as they claimed. After doing more research I found that many people have had the same experience. It's a shame that they are allowed to come in to our military communities and scam us like this.

Today at the Fort Benning px this man and woman was there selling and advertising their jewerly as real gold, real Swarovski crystal and saying that the whole 4 pieces package will cost over $400.00 dollars and they were selling it for $70. I did my reasearch and found out that each piece that they are selling caomes straight from China and they are paying less than two dollars a piece, is is not real gold and not real Swarovski crystal. We just got ripped off. You can find the pieces at Alli-express. How can they come into our Army community and do this to soldier's? Please take these individuals out of our Military bases.

Review: BMNY is giving sales presentations in Kmart Department stores. They lead you to believe the jewelry products they are presenting and selling are authentic Swarovski, and are not clear with the customers that they are not actually in any way partnering with Swarovski or authorized to sell Swarovski products. The salesman urges you to pay for any jewelry you want in cash, provided no receipt or proof of purchase, and then hands you a plastic bag with knock-off Swarovski jewelry and a small printed sheet inside the bag with their company name (BMNY). The booth he had in Kmart was fashioned to look like a legit Swarovski booth with their logo and all. I had a bad feeling when I left that this jewelry was not authentic Swarovski due to the low price and cheap packaging. Did my research online when I got home and saw many complaints against this company in the past years involving their misrepresentations in other stores across the country. When you check online there is no affiliation between BMNY and Swarovski. I am requesting a refund of $20 for the cheap knock off bracelet they sold me that is only worth about one dollar.Desired Settlement: BMNY needs to stop marketing their jewelry as any authentic brands as they are not authorized by Swarovski or any other brands to do so. They also should be required to provide receipts for all cash purchases and disclose their company name and information before purchases and presentations are made and not in a slip of paper in the purchase bag

The customer misunderstood the verbiage that was used as BMNY products do feature Swarovski Crystallized Elements and are never promoted as copyrighted Swarovski jewelry. Our company policy is 100% customer satisfaction and we offer refunds to unsatisfied customers. Unfortunately the representative has violated the company policy by not providing a receipt for the cash purchase and that will be addresses with our representative.

Review: I attended a jewelry presentation at K-Mart in [redacted], ** on July **, 2013. As a gift for attending, I was given a brochure offering one free piece of jewelry; all I had to do was pay shipping and handling, $5.95. I placed my order online at [redacted] and paid the shipping and handling with my paypal account. I order a pair of white gold 2 ct earrings. The website said that delivery would be 4-6 weeks. I have called every number that I could find for this business. It has been 11 weeks since my order was placed and I have not received my order. I have left voice mails but have not received return phone calls. My card was charged on August * for the $5.95. There is no email address for this company either. There are two telephone numbers that I found, but I have not had any response from either of them. They are ###-###-#### and ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order. If I am not going to receive my order, I would like a refund
