Subject: [redacted] complaint.Good afternoon, [redacted] had hired me to do a lawn renovation, The job was completed and payment was madeHe was given care instructions which were not followedHe was give a suggested list to set up above ground sprinklers that would cover his yard*** chose to use a different style of sprinkler that did not cover his yard and he failed to keep it moist as directedGrass does not grow to be 4-inches long and turn brown for no reason other than a lack of sufficient watering or chemical sprayingHis yard was done in mid June and he contacted me around the beginning of August when I was out of town for my son's weddingHe then proceeded to threaten me for not responding that dayI am in his area on Monday's and I stopped to talk with him to try to resolve the matter the following weekI know for a fact that the first few week's he was not watering enough because I work next door and told his wife that they needed to increase the watering and that if the grass and seed got dry that they would dieAlthough we do not guarantee seed growth as we are not responsible for watering or the weather, I did offer to hand rake out the areas where the grass was aloud to die and the pet spot areas as well as we want to make our customer happyI asked [redacted] to let me know when he mowed the yard as it was tall and I told him that when I would be out for a family vacation and returnI was out of state in the Rocky Mountains with no phone or internet serviceWhen I returned home from vacation Late Sunday night the next morning I over seeded and repaired the areas at no additional charge even though I was not obligated to do so I then got home after work Monday to find ***'s email again with more threats [redacted] is unreasonable and I have tried to address any issues but wish no further dealings with himI have been next door working and could easily over hear him telling people off over the phoneThis clearly show his character If you have any further question please let me know Respectfully Jeff B.Sent from Outlook

I am rejecting this response because:First I want to address the "professionalism" of this businessLet's see who is threatening who...Jeff B*** uses a tactic when a service member is unsatisfied with the "services" that he providesHe threatens the service member with a call to their "Commanding Officer" in a poor attempt to strong arm them into redacting a complaintClearly, this tactic does not work as this is a civil matterI have spoken to *** legal about this matter in it's entirety and I am correctJeff B*** chose to email me right after he was contacted by the Revdex.comExcerpt is below: If you wish to continue your claim with the Revdex.com that is your choice however my choice will be to talk to your commanding officer and Col*** out on base I have a good friend that works at HQ and said he'd have no problem schedule me appointment Please let me know what you would like to do respectfully JB This is his answer to a service member who is dissatisfied with his serviceNext, as I referred to my security cameras, he did rake the spots but NEVER seededAlso, NEVER once was a type of sprinkler mentioned nor was the frequency of the wateringHe told me weeks after planting to water it times a dayMy $water bill verifies thatLastly, he chooses to disclose a time in which he was eavesdropping on a personal call that was no business of hisUnprofessional, childish behaviorI can't believe he is licensed or allowed to conduct businessAnytime Jeff, you go ahead and call your "good friend" on base for a sit down.
