Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2016/03/17) */ In reviewing over our notes in regards to this complaint, we have a draft of the payoff letters that was sent to First Source Bank of accounts and outstanding balancesMs [redacted] requested that a letter be sent to First Source Bank on 5/4/ so that payment in full could be sent to Vision [redacted] of First Source bank called Vision on 5/8/to verify a letter had been sentPayment in full was received from First Source bank on 5/21/ Ms [redacted] contacted Vision on 2/16/2016, requesting paid in full receiptsA Vision Rep verified that a receipt would be sentFirst Source bank called and stated that Ms [redacted] had contacted them and stated that Vision did not have the accounts paid in full Ms [redacted] did not request a copy of the itemize charges in regards to the accounts that First Source bank paid Call recordings were pulled and reviewed and our COO did not find any rude statements from any of the reps that spoke with Ms [redacted] nor First Source Bank We are preparing to send itemize statements of the accounts that were paid in full

There was no refundedI spoke with my bank several times before I called vision several times and was given different infoAt the end I disputed the transaction with my bankThe BANK stop the transaction after almost two weeks of going back and forth with VisionAnd before I responded to this lie of a response from VisionI called my bank and they confirmed no refund was doneKeep in my I had more important transaction that needed to process, which they did, and caused my a lot in feesSo even after my dispute and the BANK reversing the paymentMy account still stood in the negativeThanks

I did verify that a Vision rep told the consumer that we...

were unable to produce another receipt. The rep had verified we sent a receipt on 12/19/2011 and 1/27/2012. I believe the consumer was also upset that we would not remove the account from his credit bureau report.

We have since sent him another paid in full receipt to the address that he requested. I have attached a copy of the receipt for your records.

Call recordings were pulled and reviewed and our COO did not find any rude statements from any of the reps that spoke with Ms [redacted] nor First Source Bank.
