BladeOps, LLC Reviews (3)

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Sincerely,
Debbie S[redacted]

[redacted] did attempt to make this purchase on the said date.  Our system, to prevent known fraud issues, does not allow orders to process where the shipping and billing address are different.  The order was pre-authorized but then was never processed because of the failed address match....

In this situation, although the funds were pre-authorized to verify they were available for the purchase, because we don't process, or authorize the payment, BladeOps never takes control of the money.   In other words, we never were paid this money. Some credit card companies do put a temporary hold on the owners funds when they attempt to make a credit card purchase. This pre-authorization varies from credit card company to credit card company.  Some don't hold the funds at all and others hold them for a specific number of days--but this is a matter between Mr. [redacted] and his credit card company based on his agreement with them. The funds are being held by Mr. [redacted]'s credit card company, not by BladeOps.  It is exactly the same thing that happens when you go to pump gas and your card is pre-authorized for $50 or $100 and that amount is not available to the credit card user for a few days.  Normally, if the credit card owner calls the credit card company, they can explain their rules and exactly how long those funds will be held in their pre-authorization system.

We have had conversations with Debbie about this issue. Apparently her company's credit card was stolen/used for fraud. The only way we have to properly resolve the situation is to have her file a fraud use report with her CC company. They then contact us and we refund the money. This allows the...

proper authorities to step in and we can file charges against whoever is using the card illegally. If we merely refund the money without her claiming a fraud use of her card, we are left without any recourse for the product which was shipped. We are in contact with her and her company and are awaiting contact from her CC company
