After completion of work on [redacted] truck he called us about hours later and said he heard a noiseI told him to get it back to us asapHe did not return that day and yes it was the day before thanksgiving and we closed that night and for the next few dayswhen I returned that following monday I did not see his truck at the shop nor had I heard anymore from himA few days later he called and said he drove miles home and his rear end blew up and I needed to warranty it or pay him to have it fixedI told him to go to local dealership and they would warranty partsI informed him the only way I could warranty the work 100% was if the work was done hereHe called me days later said could not get parts warrantied and he paid someone ti fix it and I owed him $I never saw pictures or proof of damageHe should have turned around at the first sign of issues and came straight back to shopwe would of gladly fixed any repairs needed at $costHe made the choice to drive miles home with issuesAlso on the bottom of my invoice it states that there is a year part and labor warranty but work must be completed at this shopI pray that he has no hard feelings and that he understands that the decision he made to drive it that far was ultimately the cause of damage

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called the shop not more than 10 minutes after leaving there shop and told them the problem I was having witch was noise from the rear end. They then told me that they put things kinda tight in the rear end and if noise did not go away to give them a call back. I informed them I was heading down to Huston Texas and that I would be passing back through there town later that night and if I had problems I would call them back on there after hours line. They said that was fine but the noise should go away. Later that night approx 10pm when I was driving through there town I called them to inform them that the noise did not go away and there was no answer on there after hours number. I waited for about an hour to here back from them and I never herd back from them. So knowing they were closed for 5 days I could not afford to make the decision to pay $100+ per night for a hotel until they were open. Yes I drove back home to Denver knowing there was a problem because I couldn't afford to stay at the hotel and I was already loosing work due to down time. I called them the first day they were open and left a message for the owner to call me back. Then I called them on Wednesday because I didn't here back from them. Informed them of my problem and they said they put it together right and it wasn't there fault it was mine. But they did say parts were under warranty to just take to ram dealer and they would be warranted. I did that but the dealer rejected the warranty because damage to parts were because of improper installation or por craftsmanship they said. So I had to pay to have repairs done because it was my work truck and it was already down for 1 week trying to get parts warranted. All said and done I had 2 shops look at the truck when I got home and they both said that the job was done incorrectly witch caused it to go out so fast. I did save the parts and if they asked me to send pictures or the parts I would have. I now have 9500 miles on the new gears that were installed in Denver and haven't had a problem. Regards, [redacted] ***

After completion of work on [redacted] truck he called us about 3 hours later and said he heard a noise. I told him to get it back to us asap. He did not return that day and yes it was the day before thanksgiving and we closed that night and for the next few days. when I returned that following...

monday I did not see his truck at the shop nor had I heard anymore from him. A few days later he called and said he drove 1200 miles home and his rear end blew up and I needed to warranty it or pay him to have it fixed. I told him to go to local dealership and they would warranty parts. I informed him the only way I could warranty the work 100% was if the work was done here. He called me 3 days later said could not get parts warrantied and he paid someone ti fix it and I owed him $2200. I never saw pictures or proof of damage. He should have turned around at the first sign of issues and came straight back to shop. we would of gladly fixed any repairs needed at $000 cost. He made the choice to drive 1200 miles home with issues. Also on the bottom of my invoice it states that there is a 1 year part and labor warranty but work must be completed at this shop. I pray that he has no hard feelings and that he understands that the decision he made to drive it that far was ultimately the cause of damage.
