After being a customer of Blades of Green in Edgewater, MD for the past few years, I have terminated all future service from them after being harassed to pay a bill that they failed to provide me I contacted them several times informing them that I am aware I owe them money but have yet to receive a bill from them I finally received confirmation of the amount owed a week ago and yesterday receive a harsh and threatening email from their collections person, Don to pay that day or I would be sent to collections! I requested an apology, certain that anyone who reviewed my customer file would see that I have been a customer for a few years now and have requested my bill numerous times Instead of receiving an apology, I received a phone call from their office manager, Danielle who only cared when payment would be received, not concerned or apologetic for the way the situation was handled even blaming my postal service and myself for not receiving my bill They should have responded "I am sorry we sent you our collections email, I see that you have called several times for the bill Please disregard and we will keep an eye out for your payment" A company that cannot take responsibility for their poor actions and offer an apology and be so dismissive of a customer is certainly not a company that I want to do business with Others should be made aware of their business practices and how they threaten customers over payment when they neglect to provide a bill for services
I have been a customer of Blades of Green for about ten years now and I cannot thank them enough for the outstanding service they provideNot sure it's possible, but my lawn seems to look better and better each yearI get questioned many times, "who is your lawn care provider" or "how do you get your lawn to look so thick and beautiful", along with many other questionsAll of the credit goes to Blades of GreenI also want to give credit to their employees as I'm always greeted by a technician (with a smile) to let me know that they are at my home and what service they are doing that day, as well as ask if I have any questions or concerns that they can help withI can tell they only hire the bestI know that many companies and/or people do not get credit where credit is due, and I just wanted to give Blades of Green the praise they deserve for doing an outstanding job and providing he utmost customer service as well
