I am rejecting this response because:Had it been fixed within the WEEK that we left our vehicle in your care, it would not have to have been returnedThe service was not good serviceI expected the vehicle to be fixed the first timeWhat business causes the client to have to return more than twice?! Some of the money I spent in good faith, should be returnedI did not get good service

This complaint was addressed on claim #*** on 10/29/2015.On 09/24/2015a BMW model cic was brought to Blagoi's by a gentleman named *** *** ***, I assume this is the same vehicle Ms*** is referring toMr *** requested replacement of the right rear wheel bearing, replacement of spark plus, replacement of accessory belts and an oil change.Mr*** declined diagnosis of the "noise" from the right rear area of the vehicle, as he had already had it diagnosed by another party and already had the replacement bearingWe quoted him a price for the following work: $labor to install the bearing HE supplied$parts and labor for the spark plug replacement, $for the oil change, and $parts and labor for the accessory belt replacementMr*** approved the work and we proceededAll the work was performed as we agreed and Mr*** picked up the vehicleAs far as any subsequent problems, It is Blagoi's position that we are not responsible for either a failed part that was supplied by the customer or an incorrect diagnosis that was done by a third party

Blagoi's and Mr*** have come to a mutual agreement on resolution on this matter

I am rejecting this response because:My husband did bring the vehicle back and a screw was tightened, but it still leaked, still smelled like burning rubber, and was still doing what it had done beforeA NEW radiator would not have done that

I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.

The vehicle was brought in originally with a complaint of a coolant leak and no heat control on drivers side. a pressure test of the cooling system found that the heater control valve was leaking and needed replaced. Also found electronic heat control would not allow temperature control and also...

needed replaced. after those repairs were performed, found hairline fracture on the top plastic radiator tank. customer was notified and given the option of attempting to repair radiator with no guarantee of success and replacement with a new radiator. the customer opted to take the chance on repair and unfortunately we were unsuccessful. A new radiator was then installed. If there was a subsequent leak somewhere in the coolant system that was warrantable it would have been repaired at no charge to the customer. Blagoi's was not given the opportunity to thoroughly check before the vehicle was traded.

quoted him a price on the following work: $225.00 labor to install the
wheel bearing HE supplied, $356.00 parts and labor for the spark plug
replacement, $125.51 for the oil change, and $231.32 parts and labor for
the accessory belt replacement. Mr. [redacted] approved the work and we
proceeded. All the work was performed as we agreed and Mr. [redacted] Picked
up the vehicle. As far as any subsequent problems with the wheel
bearing, It is Blagoi's position that we should not be responsible for
either a failed part that was supplied by the customer or an incorrect
diagnosis by a third party.

Enclosed is the invoice for the new radiator. We acknowledge that the vehicle was brought back without prior notice or appointment and our schedule that day did not allow more than a cursory look at the problem. We did notice evidence of coolant at the bleeder screw and it was tightened. If there was further problems , we would have been happy to schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time for further examination.
