On 09/24/a BMW 645CiC was brought to Blagoi's by a Gentleman named [redacted] , I assume this is the same vehicle that [redacted] is referring toMr [redacted] requested replacement of the right rear wheel bearing, replacement of the spark plugs, replacement of the accessory belts and an oil changeMr [redacted] declined diagnosis of the "noise" from the right rear area of the vehicle as he had already had it diagnosed and he even had the replacement part for installationWe quoted him a price on the following work: $labor to install the wheel bearing HE supplied, $parts and labor for the spark plug replacement, $for the oil change, and $parts and labor for the accessory belt replacementMr [redacted] approved the work and we proceededAll the work was performed as we agreed and Mr [redacted] Picked up the vehicleAs far as any subsequent problems with the wheel bearing, It is Blagoi's position that we should not be responsible for either a failed part that was supplied by the customer or an incorrect diagnosis by a third party

Enclosed is the invoice for the new radiatorWe acknowledge that the vehicle was brought back without prior notice or appointment and our schedule that day did not allow more than a cursory look at the problemWe did notice evidence of coolant at the bleeder screw and it was tightenedIf there was further problems , we would have been happy to schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time for further examination
The vehicle was brought in originally with a complaint of a coolant leak and no heat control on drivers sidea pressure test of the cooling system found that the heater control valve was leaking and needed replacedAlso found electronic heat control would not allow temperature control and also needed replacedafter those repairs were performed, found hairline fracture on the top plastic radiator tankcustomer was notified and given the option of attempting to repair radiator with no guarantee of success and replacement with a new radiatorthe customer opted to take the chance on repair and unfortunately we were unsuccessfulA new radiator was then installedIf there was a subsequent leak somewhere in the coolant system that was warrantable it would have been repaired at no charge to the customerBlagoi's was not given the opportunity to thoroughly check before the vehicle was traded
