We were hired by the owner of the property, [redacted] to remove snow from the roof of the house [redacted] was renting We were not given renter's contact information All communications were done through the owner of the property After the snow removal was done [redacted] called and informed us that his father in law's $leaf blower had been damaged by fallen snow from the roof We offered several times to have it repaired or replaced at our cost [redacted] said no and that he did not have the time to bring it down to our shop or for us to meet with his to look at the damaged blower After several very rude and demanding phone calls we made the decision to offer [redacted] a money settlement I have attached the letter that [redacted] signed Please remove any negative comments directed to Blaine Noland Construction & Painting from your recordsThank you
