Blain Paving

Review: This company paved our driveway in the summer of 2011. I was unhappy with the surface of the driveway, and when I expressed this, [redacted] Blain agreed to return and seal the driveway. One area of the driveway had sunk, and he blamed the excavator on the job. He then agreed to fix that in the fall of 2012, but he advised waiting until spring 2013 to do the repair. When we tried to contact him in the spring of 2013, he scheduled an appointment, did not show up, and would not answer his phone. After 2 weeks, he answered his phone and agreed to come out and call me to schedule work. He never called again, so I sent a letter in July 2013 to his business address expressing my concerns and asking him to contact us. He has yet to call, so I decided to pursue my issues through the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Mr. Blain has 2 options I would accept. Either a refund of the cost to seal and repair the driveway by another paving company or return to my home and do the work he promised.
