Same issue as other reviews!!! Assigned by warranty company, they came out said the microwave needed a part they would have to order it paid $cashmonths later still never heard from themwarranty company couldn't get in touch with them eitherFinally after fighting with the warranty company they had sears come out free of charge and fix it even though it did take months to get it done!!! Texas Appliance professionals definitely are crookssad to hear I'm not the only one with this same exact terrible experience
I have had the exact same experience as *** * except mine has been with my dryer Texas Appliance Professionals was called out by my home warranty protection plan when my dryer went out in mid May He was paid his $and told me that he would be back the next day with the parts to fix my dryer I have not seen or heard from him since I attempt to get in touch with him daily to find out his status to no avail It is now 07/07/ I have also called my home warranty plan and just keep getting a run a round as to why they can not reassign the case to someone else I would like at least my $back as well as I do not feel comfortable at all having this man back in my home I do not allow crooks in my home and to me that is exactly what someone who would do this is...a crook I hope that he really needed that $ I will be sharing my experience on social media and I hope all that reads steers clear of this company
They came out as scheduled and diagnosed the problem, never got a fallow up call or emailHave been trying to get ahold of them to fix the problem for over months and will not return phone calls or emails will never do business with them againStill waiting for them to call back
