This complaint is not accurateCustomer purchased a vehicle from us and decided he wanted the roadside assistanceSo we finished paperwork(1-1-16) and he went on his wayThe next day(1-2-16) he came in and after reviewing the cost of the roadside assistance decided he didn’t want itHe said that
he had found another company that would do the roadside assistance for less money each yearWe talked to him and gave him a $gift card to our store to cover the difference in what our roadside cost him compared to what he could get it for somewhere elseHe agreed and took the gift cardThe gift card is in his possession as we speakHe called again yesterday(1-4-15) and said that he has given it some more thought and decided that he didn’t want to have the roadside assistanceWe talked to him and decided that he was going to come in today, give us back the gift card and we would credit him for the roadside chargeHe is in the store as I type this and we got the gift card back and we are cancelling the roadside assistance.Thanks,Brock P***General ManagerWork - ###-###-####Fax - ###-###-####

This complaint is not accurate. Customer purchased a vehicle from us and decided he wanted the roadside assistance. So we finished paperwork(1-1-16) and he went on his way. The next day(1-2-16) he came in and after reviewing the cost of the roadside assistance decided he didn’t want it. He said that...

We talked to him and gave him a $200 gift card to our store to cover the difference in what our roadside cost him compared to what he could get it for somewhere else. He agreed and took the gift card. The gift card is in his possession as we speak. He called again yesterday(1-4-15) and said that he has given it some more thought and decided that he didn’t want to have the roadside assistance. We talked to him and decided that he was going to come in today, give us back the gift card and we would credit him for the roadside charge.
