Blaine's Construction & Electrical

Blaine S[redacted] was hired by my son, Chris & myself, to wire & complete electrical work within a 14x36 ft cabin in Hickman County. He quoted us a price of $2000.00, one thousand to be paid after cabin was wired & 2nd thousand to have been paid upon completion of the job. He was given $1000.00 after wiring, and given $12050.00, after he almost completed the job, he promised he would return and complete the job after it was completely paneled. However, Chris called him 3 times, left message the 1st time and the last two times it cut Chris off. He never returned, had to hire someone else to complete the job. The county electrical company did pass his cabin but told Chris that he needed to fix two outlets and if anything happened, it was Chris' fault,. We feel it should be Blaine S[redacted]'s fault, as he was/is the licensed electrician. He did not give either one of us an itemized receipt. He just took $21220.00 and left.
