Thank you so much for your reply. It means a lot as my friends and I frequent Nunez I think its great that you will provide pennies for people to grab if needed because of the "rounding" system. However, there should be a sign informing customers of the whole rounding system.....otherwise they will never know, unless they ask for a receipt, and that's not fair to the consumers that patronize your business.Thanks,***

Dear [redacted],We are truly sorry for your experience here the other day regarding the rounding issue and confrontation with employees.  We have been using the rounding to nearest .05 cents method for some time now to ease the flow of traffic.  Not using pennies allows cash register traffic to move faster.  We have implemented a method of making pennies available for customers to grab as they go if they wish.  Please be advised this is now available for your convenience.  Please be advised that the rounding method also works in the customers favor at times by rounding balance down to nearest .05 cents.  Hope this has addressed your concerns and look forward to keeping you as a loyal customer.Best Regards,Café Nunez Mangement
