My recent experience with Ethan Allen Home Interiors in Montgomeryville, Pais indicative of a retail establishment that is totally devoid of acceptable business practices Its owner, Louis Levin, values profit at the expense of proper customer service Recently, my sister-in-law unfortunately chose to enter into a purchase agreement with MrLevin's Ethan Allen store She ordered a dining room table with four chairs and placed a sizable deposit on the order Before the order could be completed, my sister-in-law experienced a severe medical emergency and passed away as a result of the event While reviewing recent financial transactions for the estate, the Ethan Allen transaction was discovered MrLevine was subsequently contacted and was apprised of the unfortunate event MrLevine informed me that, despite the untimely death of the purchaser, he had decided to retain the sizable deposit When asked why he would elect to take such a greedy and calloused approach to the situation, he replied that it was a "business decision." MrLevine completely disregarded the fact that the transaction could not be completed due to the demise of the purchaser He avoided any comparison to his decision and unethical customer service His withholding of the purchase deposit clearly illustrated a total lack of business ethic and a penchant for profit over proper business practice This despicable man's insensitive, unethical practices should be a warning to all potential customers who may consider doing business with MrLevine's Ethan Allen Home Interiors business in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania
