Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] I have not been notified by a trustee about a bankruptcy and I witnessed him carry on with his business after May 31st (running his summer camps where the kids were picked up at the [redacted] *** - his old location)I also spoke with the owner at [redacted] and she said Blair was continuing his lessons and showed me the spots at the driving range where he was conducting his business Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I received an UNOFFICIAL email from [redacted] with an attached creditor package early...

September. I have not way to verify the truth of the document.    My question here to Revdex.com is: how would you deal with a company which filed a bankruptcy but still run business with the same trade name? The public will not know the company went under and will continue pay for service. I have attached the evidence in my previous response. Please reply according. Thanks.

Our business was shut down on May 31 this year after lease was not renewed and has since filed into bankruptcy. This person has been notify by the trustee.
