currently suing this company in small claims court bought an a/c unit from them 08/24/and Bestway did all maintenance on unit, 09/25/unit stop working shortly after Hurricane Harvey and when Bestway arrived was told compressor and another part needed to be replaced but was under warranty but labor would be $ Then stated that unit was too small for my house and they could sale me a bigger unit for Well at this point I can't wait for a second opinion because all other companies book up with Harvey victims so I accepted their offer They then wanted to take my old unit with them when I said know the parts were still under warranty they then charged me an additional $to take the parts core to get the warranty parts When they returned with the parts they then asked for another $to reinstall the parts in my old unit, when I refused to pay anymore money they left the parts still in the box on my garage floor
