FIRST I WOULD YES LIKE TO APOLOGIZE TO *** POSTON, I DID PUT A CALL INTO HER TODAY BUT HAVEN'T HEARD BACK YETI OWN THIS 100%SHE AND A GENTLEMAN CAME IN TOGETHER ON APRIL AS STATED AND PRESENTED THE PROBLEMI WOULD SAY THEY WERE QUITE AGITATED AND HAVING A NEW DAY MOWER THAT LEAKED OUT
ALL THE GAS THEY HAD A RIGHT TO BEWHERE I FAILED WAS TRYING TO CALM THE SITUATION DOWN AND AGAIN MY FAULT THAT I WASN'T ABLE TO DO THATTHEY DID ASK ME TO EXCHANGE THE MOWER, AND I EXPLAINED TORO DOES NOT DO THAT NOR OTHER MANUFACTUERS,THEY WERE CLEARLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THATI SAID TORO STANDS BEHIND THEIR EQUIPMENT AND TRIED TO ASSURE THEM WE WOULD SEND IT TO OUR SHOP THAT DAY AND THAT THEY WOULD BE FIRST IN LINE.THE MACHINE WAS DONE IN DAYSTHEN WE TESTED IT NUMEROUS TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH IT AGAIN.WHEN THEY CAME IN TO PICKUP STILL AGITATED I STUMBLED OVER MY WORDS IN TRYING TO ASK ABOUT GAS IF THEY HAD TO ADD ANY, SO IF THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THEIR CAN I DIDN'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN AND THAT DID NOT GO OVER WELL EITHERAGAIN I FAILED TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND AS WE STRIVE TO DO DAILEY AND JUST DO WHAT THEY WERE ASKING AND EXCHANGE IT.I WOULD LIKE TO SATISFY HER REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE BUT WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK WITH HER.SINCERELY, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Once again is was our fault for being upset. I just spent over $on a new lawn mower only to take it home with the gas that they put in and have it stop working and leak gas. I have never been so rudely spoken to and when we went to pick up our mower after being fixed the staff members could not figure out what was fixed as nothing was written down they had to ask and once again very rude and tried to say it was our gas can. I did receive his call but I will not speak with him as he is very unprofessional and even made the staff uncomfortableThis needs to be addressed by the owner of the store
