how is trying to get this done as fast as I could it took longer than I could have anticipatedI asked many times if she could pick it up tomorrowbut she chose to stay after the store was closed I asked her to go to the cash machine with me because I didn't want to leave anyone there alonewhat
I was trying to do was fix it for her and charge her as little as possiblebecause when I said $for a battery she sounded upsetthen she said something about how Gandhi was bad person and I got really offendedshe left an email and I tried to email her and it didn't work.so then I found her on Facebook emailed her told her that I could fix it but it would probably need a new screen because the screen was damage from waterbecause water damage has so many variablesthere was no way for me to know exactly how it was going to be fixedwe have a sign that clearly states now we do not warrant a water damaged or self repaired itemsI was very tired and it was a long and stressful daywe are also out of screens for phone and I had to look for 1hour not just for her but for other customersthe thing about water damage is problems aren't detectable at firstI was hoping it would be just an easy fix but I tried new docks and new batteries and nothing worked and a new dog and it still didn't workWhat you have here is someone who wanted me to fix it for next to nothing and had every opportunity to leave and never asked so so made me very upset and had not taking into account that not everything is what it seems

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: Okay, let's take this step by step: 1) If him asking me "many times" means I, MYSELF, suggested it, after being stuck there for hours, then yes he asked me many timesOther than that, not a single word came out of his mouth that suggested I could come back the next day. 2) I was not at all upset about being charged $In fact, the reason I went to this shop in the first place was because I heard it was inexpensive$was not expensive for me at allI would have happily given him that money if he had fixed my phone.3) If he gets easily offended by people's political opinions, then HE SHOULDN'T bring politics up in the first placeI'm sure he can recall who brought Gandhi up firstAnd he was not offended at all when we were talking about it in personOr maybe he just wasn't offended because he was flirting. 4) If the email didn't work, he could have tried it the next day at a more convenient business hourNOT AT MIDNIGHTAND NOT ON FACEBOOK. 5) He should have pointed out where the sign was that said they don't warrant water damage because in the mess that he calls his shop, it is hard to find anythingLet alone a small sign (that maybe exists somewhere)6) If he behaved inappropriately because he was tired and had a stressful day, then maybe he should find another jobBecause he clearly can't handle what he's doing right now. He is a delusional creep who claims he knows what he's doingI would, however, like to thank his employee, John, for helping meMaybe he should be the owner or quit his job because MrHewitt's bad reputation is apparently well known around town.
