ALL THE GAS THEY HAD A RIGHT TO BE. WHERE I FAILED WAS TRYING TO CALM THE SITUATION DOWN AND AGAIN MY FAULT THAT I WASN'T ABLE TO DO THAT. THEY DID ASK ME TO EXCHANGE THE MOWER, AND I EXPLAINED TORO DOES NOT DO THAT NOR OTHER MANUFACTUERS,THEY WERE CLEARLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THAT. I SAID TORO STANDS BEHIND THEIR EQUIPMENT AND TRIED TO ASSURE THEM WE WOULD SEND IT TO OUR SHOP THAT DAY AND THAT THEY WOULD BE FIRST IN LINE.THE MACHINE WAS DONE IN 2 DAYS. THEN WE TESTED IT NUMEROUS TIMES TO MAKE SURE THEY WOULD NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH IT AGAIN.WHEN THEY CAME IN TO PICKUP STILL AGITATED I STUMBLED OVER MY WORDS IN TRYING TO ASK ABOUT GAS IF THEY HAD TO ADD ANY, SO IF THERE WAS SOMETHING IN THEIR CAN I DIDN'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN AND THAT DID NOT GO OVER WELL EITHER.
