Review: I took my Troy pressure-washer to Blair complaining it was only running on high speed, it wasn't idling. When you used it for 10-15 min it had a hard time stopping and it had backfires before it stopped. He told me the problem was the governor and he replaced it. Charged me $106.00. When I took it home and started it, there was no pressure of the water coming out of the sprayer. I called him and he told me to bring it back. I took it back, he claimed he took a used pressure relief valve and put it in place. I told him I wanted to test run the equipment to see if it was now running well. He refused to let me do that. Then he told me that's what I get for buying cheap stuff from Lowes's. He said when he finished repairing the machine, he test ran it and it ran good and had good water pressure, and if I had told him that the pump had no pressure from the very beginning he would never have taken the job. How could he have tested it and gotten good pressure and then tell me he wouldn't have taken the job if the problem was pressure, because it was cheaper to buy a new unit than repair this one. The machine doesn't work now and he refuses to do any more work on it.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my $106.00. He told me the machine was repaired and in good working order and it is not.
