Review: they kept me waiting all day over 6 hours on a work day, one man showed up to tow but needed two because he couldn't get car on angled truck bed in back so car rolled down and hit cement causing major bumper damages, now they deny it and will not pay for repairDesired Settlement: I had to file a collision claim through my insurance company which now is on my policy besides what they have to pay for repair there's my $500 deductible, this is complete negligence and all cost should be reimbursed.

Regarding the tow of the [redacted] in question on March 20, 2014. When I arrived on scene the customer was sitting in the vehicle parked at the curb. She stated that she had been waiting a long time and that one or more towing companies never showed up to help her. She backed the car into the street behind my rollback. She left and loaded the car and secured it. I completed the service without incident. At no time did the vehicle roll or collide with anything. I did not damage the [redacted] in any way.

I am rejecting this response because: Failure to report damages if it was existing prior to tow therefore damage to back was done and covered up by not reporting it, the back of my car did not look like that prior to tow.

Response:
As we have stated before the customer was there when we arrived to tow the vehicle. If the driver missed damage on the car it still does not make us responsible. The owner did not go with us to the destination and it is possible that damage may have occoured after we dropped off the car. The owner is speculating the Blair's Towing caused this damage during towing. The flatbed truck that towed the [redacted] has a very low load angle and the rear would not come into contact during loading or unloading the car. I understand her frustration that she was waiting for hours for other companies but we arrived within 45 min after getting the call from her insurance. Blair's Towing did exactly what we were contracted to do. Thanks ,** Blair G[redacted]
