Dear Sir/Madam:I am writing in response to consumer complaint, # [redacted] , filed by Mr [redacted] on December 27, Mr [redacted] had stated that he continues to have concerns regarding intermittent starting of his Dodge Ram 1500.On December 18, 2017, the customer dropped his vehicle at Blaise Alexander Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram, located in State College, PAAt that time, Mr***, stated that his vehicle was having an intermittent, no start issueOur technicians diagnosed the truck as having an open circuit within the fuel pump assemblyThe faulty fuel pump could cause the intermittent, no start issue that Mr [redacted] was speaking ofAfter diagnosis, parts were ordered and then installed to rectify the diagnosisThe water pump was also replaced at the customer's request, as Mr [redacted] felt that it was making noiseThe bolt on the timing cover was broken during the removal process, and the customer was able to supply a used coverThe proper mileage was also verified on the repair order and not typed correctly on the final invoice (94,miles)The vehicle was picked up by Mr [redacted] on December 26, 2017.After receiving the Revdex.com complaint, Tim M [redacted] (Service Manager) reached out to Mr [redacted] to set a follappointment, to no availWe have left messages and have also offered transportation for Mr [redacted] to utilize while we review his vehicleTo date, we still have no response from Mr***.We at Blaise Alexander Family Dealerships, Incfeel that we have done all in our power to address Mr [redacted] with his concernsWithout any type of follfrom the customer, we are at a standstillPlease feel free to contact us with any questions.Thank you for your time.Sincerely,Philip R***Fixed Operations DirectorAlexander Family Dealerships, Inc

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I was never given an apology or asked "what can we do to help?" The only choice I had was for them to "review" my vehicle on their time, after 2-3 weeks of my time was wasted due to their multiple errors. Therefore, I have chosen to take my vehicle else where for repairs. I am also choosing to share my experience with family and friends. I refuse to ever take another vehicle to Blaise Alexander for repairs in the future.
