Buying a car there = good experienceServicing the car there = poor experiencingOnce I had an appointment for an oil changeTwo hours later car wasn't even taken back yetAsked for my keys and left, just went to jiffy lube style place insteadI have a prepaid package for oil changes The first few oil changes they denied I had such a packageThe last oil change I went to pay and sure enough, they said I have a prepaid package and owed nothingToday I had an appointment for service since the transmission is failingHad to wait several days for an appointment which was disappointing, however it was made for 730amIt is now 9:30am and the car has yet to move from the spot I parked it in why have appointments in the first place! This is highly frustrating! I was here before other cars that have been coming and goingAll said and done, I cannot recommend this dealership due to this poor quality of serviceSeems like after you buy the car you are pretty much on your own

Review: I went to look at A Mazda I was interested in buying,and without my consent or knowledge,they ran my credit report through their system to try to get me to finance through them and it screwed up my credit with 14 hard inquiries on my report for 2 years.Desired Settlement: I want them all removed since I did not give them permission to do this
