Review: Last invoice received 6/1/14 and I paid it. No further invoices received but I made payments on 7/25/14 and again on 7/30/14 after receiving automated emails saying payment past due . Neither check has cleared by 9/3/14 but service continues. Part of their website continues and when I view statements online I see 2 additional charges of $25.00 each indicating past due. Nothing is past due. Payments were sent even though not billed by mail as was normally done. Checks were not cleared. In addition, the business building has been vacated. No one answers door or appears to be at home address. Phones have been disconnected as has owner's cell number. Fax number also for business not in service. Message also left on door of residence but no response. I want bill cleared, no extra fees and service stopped. Since being unable to contact business, owner , this has proved impossible. Help! Their negligence in operating a business should not impact my credit rating. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I want the bill cleared of all charges including $25.00 extra charges , service stopped.
