I have been strong armed to leave my place of business for which I have been almost 4 years in ONE day with NO NOTICE. I was strong armed into renting both sides of a building which I did not need. I agreed to rent the entire building after being bullied into it and lived in the other half because I was not financially able to run both sides with my business. I have been responsible for leasing the other side out for three years now. My last tenants left in October which has left me very financially strained. My landlord called me today and told me I need to be out TODAY. I told him it was illegal for him to do that and he said "do you want to play dirty pool?" Basically threatening me. He continued to say he would pad lock the doors. I am trying to compensate rent that I haven't received for months from the side of the business I had to spend thousands of dollars to just make it operable as a business as there was no second entrance which will not pass for fire code... and the floor was completely trashed and walls had to be painted.Desired SettlementI want compensation for the work done to the other side of the business. And for a LEGAL eviction process to take place.

Review: My dresser was damaged during a move in October 2013. It is now May 30, 2014 and despite numerous emails and phone calls they still have not honored contract of repairing or refunding me the cost of the damage. It took me over several emails directly from me, on their website and as voice mails. Finally I was informed that [redacted] (he was the person who moved my things in October would be coming down to check the damage. He arrived Feb. 8 to check my TV and dresser as I thought the TV was also damaged. He came and found that the TV was damaged but the dresser was. On Feb 23, 2014 I received the following email from the Claims Dept

Dear [redacted],

Thank you for the update.

Following the Terms and Conditions of the Contract we can process a payment or I can have one of my guys repair the damage for you.

I informed them that if they could repair my dresser so that it looked like as good as new that I would prefer the repair but if that was not possible them they should l refund me the money. After that I heard nothing so I sent again I sent several more emails and I received a response from their General Manager, Salvatore DAmato stating, “we will be settling this according to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the Contract you signed with us."

Despite my various emails and mode of communication since then I have received no response from them. My last email that I sent them was this month. I have always been polite despite my frustration and with their terrible service and very lack of proper communication. This has been going on for over 6 months and I feel that I have been patient and polite to people who damaged my property and do not have the common decency to recompense me if not repair the damage.

Please Note:

(Since this time my name has changed from [redacted] to [redacted]).Desired Settlement: I would if prefer if my dresser was repaired but if they cannot do a great job then they should refund me the cost.

Asked for [redacted], [redacted] proceeded to check a listing he had, I mentioned **. [redacted] is listed in our files as the Owner. He found **. [redacted] on his list but [redacted] was not in and he asked if he could take a message. I explained the situation.
