I'd like to apologize for the issues you have been having with your vehicle, we would be more then happy to get them taken care ofBeing that your vehicle is still under warranty we can take care of the heater issue no problem and at no cost to youUnfortunately a refund is not an available option
but if you would like to trade out of your vehicle we would be more then happy to look at getting you into something you would like better

I purchased a dodge white truck with extended warranty During my buying time, I had a friend quote me a brand new one for 5K more out of Houston and I decided between the and went with my purchase from Beeville One particular reason I chose to purchase the used from y'all over the new was because I was told that I'd be put in a loaner when my vehicle needed service, that confirmed the concern of medium to superb customer service Well I'm unfortunate to say that my experience hasn't been anything like the agreement when I made the purchase Of course the young man I purchased my truck from has gone on to Goliad Ford, like any other car dealership organization you over promise and under deliver to get a customer to sign the paper I'm a believer the best form of advertisement for dealerships is great experience by established customers that share those experiences with their friends, colleagues and family Well I can tell you that the experience I encountered this morning is definitely one that I'll share with collegues, friends and family, but unfortunately for y'all it wasn't positive Any research finding that you reference to says that the human brain keeps negativity in the thought process 100x more than positive thoughts, basically to break it down in common people terms, the negative thought will be the first thing that resonates with people who haven't hand any encounters For example - if someone is in the market to purchase a vehicle, if they're a new customer, any negative feedback they've heard will be what they associate with you Now to my experience today that I'll be happy to share with my friends,family, customers and colleagues I called on Thursday, spoke to the service department that my truck was acting up and I would be in on Monday morning and would be needing a loaner, I arrived and this morning and there was no loaner available When I made the purchase that was one reason I went with the used over the new because I'm working in south texas and if I have transportation while mine is being worked on, it helps me I pass thru counties to come to south Texas and last I recall all of those counties have a dodge dealership Now if I would have just showed up this morning and expected to be put in a loaner, well then I could understand, but I called on Thursday Next I purchased the top warranty and when asking the sales man before the purchase of certain Items if they were covered, he agreed The nice thing is I grew up in a farming family so I have a slight idea of how mechanically things work, so I usually know what to ask for The service department told me that the items wouldn't be covered, so here is where our second issue lies, the salesman as well as the finance manager because I asked him, are either uneducated in reference to what is covered under the different warranty levels, or they have no desire to have any credibility for themselves much less, the general manager or even the manufacturer Also the service department told me well it might not be what we think, but we can hook it up to a computer and see what is really wrong for $160.00, I'm still scratching my head, because you are going to charge me to tell me what is wrong with my vehicleDoes the computer not in plug if you don't receive payment? Does the computer break the vehicle and fixes it once payment is received? Did I mentioned there wasn't a loaner available and I called on Thursday that I'd be arriving on Monday morning, so why not do me a courtesy and hook my vehicle up for no charge to see the exact problem The PR fella for a minute had me thinking he was going to ride on my door to Tilden because I had made the comment that I would share my experience with a potential customer he is trying to recruit, all the energy he wasted referencing about this potential customer, well he could have used it to get me situated, but then I realized it is just me, not a fleet account Just to make it much more interesting the one me, well let's see I'm out in the field visiting with ranchers, oil and gas company men and then occasionally run into friends See the just me, well I encounter lots of individuals everyday and on a day like today when I'm frustrated and they ask why, I'm not holding back and then when my truck leaves me stranded and becomes a hassle you see those people I see and once again when they ask me why I'm frustrated I'll let them know why The funny thing is just "little one truck owner" me, I also have a business that I regain repeat customers from and that I standout from the others because of my customer service I offer My motto for me is UNDER PROMISE and OVER DELIVERI know it is simple, but it seems to be working ok for me and has opened many doors for me So to all the people who take the time to read these reviews, if you're a potential buyer, do your homework, write down everything that is promised and make sure you have a notary and lawyer there on the signing so you have a foot to stand on If you're the general manager, please give me a call I'd be more and happy to elaborate on my disappointment and I'd love to be able to tell my colleagues, friends, family and customers what a great place Blake Fulenwider Dodge is when buying your next vehicle give them a call, instead of well this has been my personal experience

In response to [redacted]'s statement of the problem I offer this;
When [redacted] bought the vehicle in December of 2013 he did not have time to wait to get it detailed properly, therefor we set an appointment in the future to have it done and to my knowledge he showed up on...

the scheduled date and the vehicle was detailed.
As for the service issues, due to [redacted]'s job he travels a lot apparently and  there for he was unable to bring the vehicle back to us to get it fixed. I cannot be held responsible for how another company besides my own handles their service customers. That being said, when I learned about what was going on with [redacted] and his service issues I was sympathetic and immediately wanted to help him out. He flew into San Antonio where I had someone waiting for him at the airport and got him down to my store in Beeville. When he got down to the store I had a brand new RAM 2500 waiting for him to use as a loaner which he has been using for the last month free of charge. With any truck especially one that is used for work day in and day out you can run into problems. The problems that [redacted] has had were not pre meditated by [redacted] Ram Chrysler Dodge Jeep and we have within reason done everything in our ability to help him out and will continue to do so.
