salesperson gave her the price and included the freightShe then questioned the amount of the freight quoted to our salesperson's supervisor.The supervisor got back to her and explainedthe reason why the freight was so highOn3/13/the complainant's rep gave the go ahead to order each ***part#*** to our salesperson.On 4/8/ the complainant paid the freight invoiceand received the items they orderedLater that day the complainant's rep contacted our salesperson and said she wantedto return the itemsOur salesperson remindedher that as a special order (non-stock), it is not returnable, but he told her he would try and work somethingout with the factoryThe factory said they would take it back for a 25% restocking fee and he conveyed that to her the same day.On 4/15/ salesperson sent a reminder to the complainant's rep via email to see if they were going to keep it or return it but got no replyOn 4/28/the complainant's rep finally got back to our salesperson and told him that the complainant wanted to return the itemsBy then the complainant had already filed a dispute with Merchant Servicesabout the transaction[Merchant Serviceshas sided with us and we got our money]To this day the complainant has made no attemptto return the items to usWe feel we are not in the wrong here because weordered exactly what they wantedThey ordered it by the specificpart# (*** ***).We would gladlyreturn it to the factoryif they would bring it in, unopened/unused asthe complainant statedin his complaintThe credit would not include the freight to bring it in or the freightto send it back, and would be less the restocking fee that we negotiated with the factory.If there are any questions about this, pleasecontact me at your earliestconvenienceSincerely,Taylor K***AssistVice PresidentI General Manager
