We had a major leak due to the storm just 2 months into our new home which had a 20 yr old roof. We met with a lot of contractors who gave us ridiculous estimates and dirt cheap estimates with no proper grantee and a 5 day job. The president Arnie b[redacted] came to visit us and was the first contractor to point out what the issue with the old roof was. We had a low pitch roof which was done incorrectly and suggested a flat roofing material for that section and how we can ensure this damage would not happen again.

I must mention the materials used towards my roof was the very same the most expensive industry contractors are using, the so called patented products (by GAF).

I was very happy with the very fair estimate Arnie provided and extremely happy to learn that it was the same high end products that I was looking to use for our roof.

Arnie, I cannot thank you and your company enough for all the work you guys did. The team of roofers came in at 8:00 AM and were done by 3:00 (with a one hour lunch break) which I was told was a minimum 2 day job by other contractors.

I am glad that I don't have to do my roof work again. But if I had to do this all over again, I would do it with no one other than Blake. A big thank you, for being there for late night questions and quick text responses to all the doubts. I am glad we met. You truly made it very easy for us.

Review: 7/**/2014 Blake installed a GAF complete roof down to the rafters with master flow (GAF Product) fan, with thermostat and humidistat. At one point fan was constantly running. Blake changed, installed and set new fan control box. After about four to five months went into attic

and saw the start of "MOLD" growing, (spots of black).

Fan was not centered over fan hole. Blake repaired but fan is still off 1/2". this has been going on for at least six 6 months.Desired Settlement: MOLD remediation in my attic and Air Quality tests

delays, false promises

and non call backs have made me decide to hire my on building inspector. He is in the process of writing us a complete report. within the report there will be instructions for the remediation for "Green Home Solutions" (GHS) Blake Roofing's remediators. GHS should submit to us a copy of all New York State licensing certificates prior to work. Once GHS has remover all attic mold, and submitted to us their two year warranty, I will release Blake Roofing of any and all mold claims then and forever of any and all mold in my attic.

If you need roofing siding and gutters , Blake windows siding and gutters is the only contractor you want to get the job done! My house was in desperate need of repair and an eye sore ,and now I have the best looking house in the neighborhood. Arnie [redacted] patiently explain all details of the project. The work is meticulously done to perfection. Cleanliness is priority. [redacted]
