I have contacted store owner about the appliances financinv for the new houseHe directed me to an online application and stated that upon approval, appliances can be delivered the following dayAfter I completed online application and called the store I was told that the individual processing paperwork will call me back within an hourUpon receiving call back I was told that I need to come in in person to sign the appAnd than I have to make a second trip to have the rest of the papers signed before anything can be deliveredWhen I asked for a turnaround timeframe after the first trip, individual got defensive and told me they can't give me that informationWhen asked about the shortest and longest wait time individual got defensive and told me they can't give me that informationUpon asking for a store manager and explaining to him that the information provided is contradicting he told me that I should go somewhere else and hung upI have not encountered such a poor customer service and rude treatment in the long timeVery disappointing experience
