day. The contractor didn't notice any roof problems, but just in case he reset the chimney flashing.   The second time I received a call from Mr. [redacted] regarding the same problem was on April 20 at 1:13pm. At this time we were attending several project around Houston, and we couldn't schedule an appointment the same day. I personally spoke to the customer, and I told him to give some time so that I could coordinate things, and that I was going to call him sometime next week with the new appointment date and time. We have an agenda to fulfill, and we must do things in order for everything to work accordingly.   We have never denied service to anyone, nor denied to respect our warranty, we are so dedicated and thankful to our customers that we could never do something like this. We're a very honest company, and part of that honesty is to serve our customers by doing what we are told, and by respecting what we promise in each one of our projects.   On April 28 at 11:28am. as promise, I contacted the customer with a new appointment day and time. One of our general contractor attended the appointment on April 29 at 11am and after inspecting the roof, he notice that nothing was wrong with it, the problem was actually coming from the chimney siding, which is very deteriorated, and need to be replace as soon as possible, otherwise the leak will continue, or get worst.   I hope this clarification helps, I really try to include as much information as possible, I have phone records as proof of the dates and times the customer contacted the office, I am the only one here at the moment, so he couldn't have talked to no one else.   Please keep me inform on what is going to happen with this, like I mention before, our goal is to serve our customers the best that we can, and to have something like this in our record its very disappointing, specially when we try to fix the problem, a problem that was not caused by anyone at Homerun Construction.   Thank you, and have a delightful night.   Sincerely regards, Kathy [redacted] Assistant Manager Homerun Construction 713-340-7655
