it ended up being on a class four roadThe vehicle was very deep in the med and the driver had to dig the vehicle our enough to be able to hook onto the vehicle without causing damageAfter hooked the driver had to pull from a few different angels to dislodge the vehicleIt took an hour to get the vehicle unstuckThe owner of vehicle has language barrier and was unable to understand some of what the driver was explaining when it time for paymentThere was another person with the vehicle that spoke English and was told that because of the drive to the location, the length of time getting the vehicle unstuck and the amount of work it took to get the vehicle dislodged that the price was $The customer wanted to pay with cash but didn't quite have enough so a credit card was runPittsfield is a little out of our usual territory but we are happy to go anywhere to help a customerWe couldn't send our flatbeds onto a class four road and send a recovery truckOur driver was soaked and covered in mud from head to toe from getting the vehicle dislodgedThe customer called us and was very upset with the chargesWe tried to explain why the price was what it was and explained that we told them what the charges were when we ran the credit card because of the difficulty of the recovery at the sceneshe tought we had run her credit card extra which was not the case
