This repair was diagnosed as a leak due to some bad flashing@ the roofline where the shingles meet the chimney We diagnosed This problem as the chimney also needing the exterior siding replacedThere was a leak between the exterior shell and the interior frame and during a heavy downpour it woul sometimes leak at the baseAfter this repair this chimney never leaked for over a yearUpon this client calling we readily responded and went back out to the dwellingWe caulked around the chimney baseAgain after water testing no leak Lakes can be a very tough thing to fix because water travels, every time we water test with the hose we never got the chimney to leak We want the public to know we have been out to this job several times to try to find the deficiency We told the client maybe it's a bad Chimneycap which was never paid for or discussed in the original contract Furthermore this job was not several thousand dollars But due to a management change unfortunately the Chimneycap never got replaced We will be replacing this Chimneycap free of charge to this client which will hopefully take care of this problem Again leaks are very hard to find sometimes but we will make sure that this problem is rectified being as all work we guaranteeWe have never not fixed even the toughest leak and will get this problem fixed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:It did leak after a yearHe made this statement apparently confusing me with another clientI explained way back in [of which I still have the texts] that I could not get to and call him right awayIt has leaked in the same places from day one but it has to be a prolonged rain as explained or it does not showThat's why it took so long to contact him againThe cap was never discussed because that was never explained as the source of the leak until everything else [including multiple trips out] failed to solve the problemdollars may not seem like much to some but its a lot to me [redacted] has made this same promise to replace the cap at no charge and I have yet to see that doneAll I ask is he not stand me up anymore and replace it free of charge as promised many times After that we will be done Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The windows did finally arrive, but out of windows purchased, were correct and installed One was completely the wrong size Four were the correct size, but not meeting the specifications that were ordered (no built in blinds or no grids as ordered) Mr [redacted] has assured us that the problems were with the supplier and will be promptly corrected Hopefully this will be the case, but as yet I cannot say that the problem has been resolved or that the contract has been fulfilled Regards, [redacted]

Oh yes ma’am everything has been worked out with the *** the windows are being delivered today. she wants us to come install on or after the 27th weather permitting. the *** have been good customers of hours for the last five years or so they just got very frustrated with window
construction a delivery. Everything everything is all good between us and the ***

I am rejecting this response because:It did leak after a year. He made this statement apparently confusing me with another client. Regarding this complaint this client would not set an appointment with the installer to take the final measurements on the windows before installation.We always verify the measurements on the windows that have been custom made before delivery. we attempted on numerous occasions to set the client for...

the installer to come out but were unsuccessful. This client is a valued customer as we put all the windows in his new house. A full refund has been issued to him
