took a deposit from me of 1,500.00on Sept.28,2017 to do some gutter work on a few of my properties. He never did any of the work and when I called him, he told me his wife was in the hospital and he needed to support her. Know he does not answer the phone or his e-mails.
He did do a little job and completed it and that was worth 300.00. So I am out 1200.00.
