Mr [redacted] presented into our clinic on 4/6/ Dr [redacted] , Chiropractor and Mrs [redacted] ***, FNP perfomed initial consultation, examination and X-rays Per Clinic protocol Mr [redacted] was released and the Drand Nurse Practitioner reviewed the examination findings and presented a Report of Findings on 4/7/to Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] 's primary complaint was of at least months duration He also presented with secondary complaints which were addressed was well Mr [redacted] received one treatment on 4/7/Mr [redacted] 's complaint was chronic in nature and most likely did not resolve in one treatment These type of complaints can take multiple treatments before they are resolved Furthermore, Dr [redacted] reached out to Mr [redacted] via phone and text message numerous times from 4/7/2016-4/11/to check on him I have attached as many notes and documentation as Revdex.com will allow I have much more and can forward them to you if needed It seems Mr [redacted] was upset that he did not receive a full refund When our clinic received Mr [redacted] 's refund request, we processed his refund within the business days, as is our office policy We were able to refund him back $for services that were not rendered Of the services that were provided, Mr [redacted] received a time of service discount Our clinic, by law, must charge a reasonable fee for services renderedOur clinic did everything in our power to refund Mr [redacted] any and all amounts due to him It seems that Mr [redacted] is more upset about his moneyOur clinic refunded all monies due to him in a timely mannerWe are compassionate towards Mr [redacted] and hope that he gets the care he needs

Our clinic, by law, must charge a reasonable fee for services rendered. Our clinic did everything in our power to refund Mr. [redacted] any and all amounts due to him. It seems that Mr. [redacted] is more upset about his money. Our clinic refunded all monies due to him in a timely manner. We are compassionate towards Mr. [redacted] and hope that he gets the care he needs.
