Expects payment for incomplete and sub par work full of errors. Given clear direction for scope of work, when questioned the man said he will fix it but cannot handle constructive criticism and quit the job. He does not take responsibility for his errors and blames the client. Horrible experience.
Mr. Mandel has an axe to grind for not paying per verbal agreement. When questioned about, he resulted to cursing. Clearly this is personal.
I have no axe to grind except with Mr ***'s lack of professionalism. He is delusional if he expects payment for sub park work that he expects payment on. Done.
Again, once he cursed me, I terminated our contract. I was hired as an hourly vendor, and have documentation from Mr. as such. While I'm not sure what he meant by his last sentence regarding "sub park," work, but clearly you can see how his lack of communication would result into a subcontractor's confusion. I would invite anyone to look at my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/clintsanchezdesign and see the scores of positive reviews, with this one guy with some sort of vendetta being the only one. His company, not so much. I am not the first, and I'm sure not the last to have a negative experience with him.
Clearly Mr. is used to talking to people the way he does and is irate for someone speaking up, feeling the need to take his apparent issues to the internet in smear campaign. On a side note, the site his client had a completely other vendor design, looks nothing like the one he was wanting me to do. Mr. feel free to contact me directly, as I will not participate in your back and forth antics. That, sir, is bad business, but then again, you know that already right?
Correction, after repeated attempts to provide work that was full of mistakes I told him this was not working out... and yes I threw out a curse word or two due to the fact he never would take responsibility for his repeated errors. He claims he fired me; fact is he left the jobs unfinished and not to my satisfaction, I lost business because of his errors yet he wants to be paid for hourly work. I do not do business with people who operate this way and never will recommend his work.
The errors were a lack of communication on your part sir. Like I said you have my email and my cell phone number, but you won't use them. I won't engage in your falsehood-induced smear campaign. My work speaks for itself. Feel free to ask any of my clients.
