I purchased a heated shirt through this company. The shirt delivered was the wrong size and I confirmed on the original order that the shirt sent was not the shirt ordered. I have emailed the company multiple times as well as reached out on social media and have gotten no response from anyone at the company.
I just rescinded to the customer with an option to exchange or refund the order. I will update you on what they respond with and how the matter is resolved.Thanks,Greg
I am working with the customer on this issue. I am waiting for the return of the product so I can issue a refund to her. I sent her a return label for the product to be sent back to the warehouse and I will send you the email string once I have completed the return.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The item was shipped back on Monday March 2nd. Pending arrival and refund at this time.
