I contacted the furniture store and just asked if they could help with my furniture to get it fixed and they replied back and said yes but never fixed
I have it all in pictures but would only let me post one picture I have detailed messages from the furniture store to me I still owe over 1700 dollars on my furniture and they acted like they were going to help get it right but did nothing
I would like them to do right by what they said I had a year warranty on fabric and a 3 year mechanical granted I did barely get in touch before my year was up and they acted like they were going to help till I sent the pictures of the damage after they seen the pictures I didn't get a response. I have more photos of our messages if needed I just want my furniture the way it should be to be honest I feel like they don't want to have to replace my furniture
