Blanca's Cleaning Service

Review: I hired this company to clean 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. I expected as thorough cleaning service as there was no furniture in my newly purchased home. The bathroom facets were not shiny there was hardly any fresh scent. They cleaned the ceiling fans that had plaster and debree from the ceiling and paint removal and they left the debree on my mattress and carpet. They did not clean my oven or the inside of my kitchen cabinets as requested. These cleaners were left unsupervised and this is the result. The job they did was not helpful at all. I contacted the owner Blanca who offers 100% guarantee on the website and I spoke with her on 4/8/13 and she said that she will refund me the money but needed to speak with her staff. I never got a return call like she said she would do. My wife also called her 2 times on 4/7/13 and 4/9/13 and nothing. We demand a refund due to her poor services and unreliable guarantee that is claimed on the company website.Desired Settlement: I want a refund due to them not completing their job correctly and never returning my wifes call after multiple times. The website states 100% guarantee and if this is true then I expect a refund for the unsatisfactory job they did in my home as well as inconveinencing me to take the time to report them as a bad service and business
