I am rejecting this response because: It is now 4/30/- it is nine days past the time in his response that he told you it would be done...it still hasn't been installedHe did bring the unit to hotel and dropped it off...started to do install and then just left and never came back, he called and said I get to it by Monday no later and he didn't even come back, then he said no later then Wednesday, he didn't even show upI don't know why its so hard for him to come do thisHe keeps saying he is coming, but then just doesn't show up Regards, [redacted] ***

We are now able to install the Serescodehumidifier I purchased the unit from *** *** then the owner left to Florida for the winter months! He stated he is the only one who can start the system and our times have not been able to intersect but as of this week I am making advance to get the unit up and runningThere is another system in the mix of this all and until *** *** was able to prove to me the system can run perfectly fine without Alana going off every 15mins then we were not totally sure we were using Seresco as we did change system from a Dessert Aire to a Seresco do to servicibilityWe do not want this just held up any longerOnce all the alarms are cleared on the form home of *** *** *** *** then we can move forward with this job
