DCC really cares about their clients They provided me with accurate information when they walked me through the free consultation My interest rates are now reduced and late and overlimit fees have stopped! I never thought I would get out of this black hole of credit card debt without having a negative impact like debt settlement/bankruptcy On my own, it would have taken me over 20+ years due to the interest rates that I had but since I have joined the Debt Management Plan, I am looking at about a year payoff! Now, I do infact see the light at the end of the tunnel! STARS!!!!
Delray Counseling do not put agreements in writing It also make proposal agreements without conversing back with their clients when there is a change of informationfrom creditorThe final payoff dates are quoted with change over and over .They just take your money and pay the creditor what ever the creditor quote the client owes to themI am unsatisfied with Delray communication and its lack of concern about putting business in writing so everyone is on the same page
