I am happy to supply a new box liner for the client we will not work on the truck at any time so this is supply only they arrange install
at another location the parts is special order non returnable from manufacturer 3-weeks eta ricks AERO CAR PARTS

I am rejecting this response because: it is adequate. We should not be told to go to another location to get the bed liner installed, the Aero part company which damaged my bed liner should purchase and install the bed liner free of charge as it is their responsibility. Aero Parts should be responsible for purchasing a new tonneau cover and installing it. We understand that Rick will cover the cost of the bed liner and he no longer wants to deal with us, which is not understandable as we provided him with good business - even during this recent tunno cover. There should be absolutely no reason for him to decline business from us, but if that is what he prefers then that is something we cannot change unfortunately. We ask if he insists that we go to another location to have our tonneau cover installed then Aero Parts should be responsible for the cost of having the tonneau cover installed too. We will pay for the cost of installation, but will be reimbursed by Rick S[redacted] for the cost.
