This place is horrendousStarting from their lack of care for the property outside your front doorTo the poor quality of craftsmanship and care in their unitsTheir office management is horrendous and downright crooksI paid my last months rent and three months later received a letter from a credit agency saying I owed them moneyWhen I called them back they told me the staff member I handed my check to was fired and she must have taken itThey did not want to assist me in looking into my file and kept telling me they send all their files to corporate office and don't have any records kept at the business

Tell us why here...On September 1, 2015, Mr [redacted] leased and moved into apartment ***, Per the lease contract dated September 1, and signed by Mr [redacted] , when you move, you will be required to give a day notice, and pay the reletting fee, however, Mr [redacted] did not do either, he sent a notice on September 18, stating he was moving out due to the resident above his apartmentBlanco Crossing did release his apartment, and per the lease contract we reduced his amount due to $1,295.00, This amount is for the day notice, as well the reletting fee Should you have any questions, or concerns please don't hesitate to contact me [redacted] - Drought Properties, Inc

This place is horrendous. Starting from their lack of care for the property outside your front door. To the poor quality of craftsmanship and care in their units. Their office management is horrendous and downright crooks. I paid my last months rent and three months later received a letter from a credit agency saying I owed them money. When I called them back they told me the staff member I handed my check to was fired and she must have taken it. They did not want to assist me in looking into my file and kept telling me they send all their files to corporate office and don't have any records kept at the business.

The woman who is supposed to be the manger on property also lives in the facility. This usually is not an issue untill she allows her back patio to be covered in dog urine and feces due to the face that her poor dog has been left there all day and night. I have asked other tenants who live closer to her and they have hardly seen her even as so much walk her dog. Wich means it has been confined to the patio and neglected.. I have yet to see a full bowl of water or food... Now she has a puppy pitbull as well living in the same conditions not to metion the little guy has his ears cutt off.. What a crying shame... This breaks my heart because I have a dog of my own and I dont know how people can do this to such loving creatures..
She once told me I wasnt allowed to leave my dog on the porch because there have been alot of other dogs barking. come to find out it was her dog the whole time... How does a company let a horiible lying person like that run thier business.. As soon as my lease is up I will not be renuing my and I will not recommend this place to any one untill they find a more trustworthy and loving person.. Everytime I walk my dog the hauting smell of her patio is every were. I cannot even walk by with out shedding a tear at the sight of those two dogs who so badly just want to be free and loved.... Something must be done... I have taken pictures of the evidence and plan to call animal services to get these dogs a better and loving home..

I'm in receipt of the resident complaint at Blanco Crossing, I understand Ms. [redacted] is frustrated with the move out charges. However, the apartment was in...

need of cleaning, we had to pay a third party cleaning company as well to replace the carpet in her apartment. I have attached copies of the actual invoices paid for by Blanco Crossing.
Per the lease contract dated June 30, 2011, the resident is responsible for these charges. I will however, waive the cost of the drip pans in the amount of $10.00; which leaves a balance of $196.61.
