I am a single mother who made a mistake of shopping for a vehicle aloneI dealt with two salesman by the name of John and ChrisBoth of these gentlemen were kind and respectable they seem like two honest gentlemen who saw I have a son and wanted to put us in a reliable vehicleThe vehicle was a Mazda cx-The vehicle was very clean inside and out (let the be a lesson never judge a vehicle based on cosmetics and mileage)I had the vehicle for for days I drove it home never moved it until the 5th day I decided to make what was suppose to be a quick trip up the road to Gainesville an hour away turned in a *** nightmare!!!!! While do on the highway my son in the car THE ENGINE BLEW while I was in the fast lane sending my self and my son into a panic!!! I called Tampabay Autos to report what happened and they took hours to come up a resolutionThe car broke down at 9:am we finally were towed off the road at 4:30pmThe tow truck took us to an exit in Gainesville while Mike the owner of Tampabay Autos refused to pay the tow truck driverMike made Gred do all the talking the tow truck driver had Greg on speaker and I heard him say its not our problem she broke down we don't have to deal with either of you be grateful I am doing both of you a favor!!! Now this tow truck driver is *** so he leaves the car, my son and me and says ma'am good luck but you purchased a car from the devil I pray this works out for youFinally the decide to send another tow truck driver who didn't arrive til 9:30pm which in return we didn't make it back home til 11pmif you think this couldn't get any worse you are WRONG KEEP READING!!!! When we arrive to the dealership a loaner car is waiting ( you would think ok they are trying to make the situation better right?) this vehicles fuse blew only after a day during a thunderstorm while my son once again is in the carI couldnt see the windshield wipers wouldn't work the emergency light wouldn't work nothing its a miracle the car was still running somehow we made it homeThe NEXT day the decide to send a young man out to give me ANOTHER vehicle and take the broken one but this Vehicle had NO A/C and NO headlights (are you surprised at this point) so I drove this vehicle back to them were they gave me a THIRD vehicle which broke down on Day and they had to come tow itYes the story gets worse!!! SO now I have no transportation because the owner refuse to make it right and to this day the still have the original vehicle which Engine blewThey now have had this vehicle days!!! Today I get a phone call saying I can not pick up the vehicle unless I pay for ALL the towing cost associated with their vehicle breaking down after days totaling 450.00!!! Yes !!! You read that correct and the owner was so charming (sarcasm) he told me he should have put a 144,mile motor in my car and saved himself because I am ungrateful (shock face)!!! I plead with you please do business somewhere else go to reputable dealership not this awful place!!!!!
